There's quick ways of finding out where those pesky lab colours come from. 1) Finding lab colours being used directly in InDesign (i.e. You'll be prompted to replace objects with the process color. Unfortunately I kept trying to get good quality documents out of it (converting pdf to word) using the options they suggested and that I got from the knowledge base - thinking If all goes well, you should now be able to delete that swatch.
Have you asked the designer what the swatches are used for? Much cleaner document for it, but so glad this finally worked!!! Plug-ins can be installed in Acrobat Professional to enhance its ability to edit objects within PDF document. But CS5 doesn´t have inx-files and idml-files can´t be opened in texteditors. Your´re right about this designer should clean up his document but this is a "I know everything so much better than you and won´t take advices-kind". You can also filter the list by File Type. i have a pdf file and i have 2 copy some mater to word document..so how to i copy..? Acrobat does not enable you to do any of these things properly, nor do most of the third party editors on offer. Don't forget to relink the files once done! Thanks in advance.
