This means that the cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. I changed the class inside the jar, to start with capital later. I downloaded https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/releases/jboss/web/jbossweb/ and replaced the jbossweb.jar with jbossweb-2.1.7.GA.jar. http://urldt.com/cannot-be/import-cannot-be-resolved.html
