I Cannot See My Pictures On My Blackberry

pics not transferring: roxio freezing my blackberry died and i need to rescue a lot of pics, when i launch roxio media manager i can see the pics on the device There must be a way of obtaining an image without having to download it. It no longer does that and tries to save all pictures instead of just the new ones, which is a problem as I have a lot of pictures. I know that the ringtones exists because I can still use them as custom ringtones. Why desktop res should make any difference to the transfer of an image file is beyond logic. There is no device memory folder in either the picture or ringtone folder.

The attachments can be seen from MS Outlook 2010 but on my blackberry, the email opens up without any attachments being shown.
