I just needed to add a couple more steps by making the path local to my PC (it was going to a shared location) and saving a copy of the .xsn For the issue, do you mean that you just want to use the former template?

If you already have a form MyFormv13 it is obvious that the pair of names (form names and project names) is going to cause a bug. InfoPath cannot add the event handler.
