I have spent a ton of time trying to fix my problem, and yours was the only solution that finally woked! Not even in Safe Mode.I wanted to just remove it and re-install but that has failed also. I am running Windows 7 but the solutions also work for Windows Vista and Windows XP. The Page Cannot Be Displayed Windows Xp Then I did a combination starting with solution #3 and then disabling IExplorer as in solution #2.
