If you have'nt installed the update it should be still listed in the Windows Update dialog (perhaps unless you use that machine to access your company's VPN, or the machine in anything in event log ? All I did was click on the IE 64bit icon in the program menu and it works. It was blocked and access is denied. Uncheking the "use Proxy server..." worked for me! I couldn't access anything through IE, but Firefox worked.
