Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage In Localhost


I'm seriously considering stripping everything off the machine and starting over. I have recently installed drupal 6.15 with Apache 2.2.11, PHP 5.211, and MySQL 5.1.36. Please anyone help to find a solution.
