I tried to create another website and put it there, but I got the same symptoms. I have installed IIS 6 on a windows 2003 server, which is just a member server with static IP address on a windows 2000 network. Why is (a % 256) different than (a & 0xFF)?
Any ideas why this could be happening? The web site is not the IIS Default Website and has not been bound to an IP address for https requests.
